    It’s hard to know what the issue is without more information, but try these instructions to download the correct codec: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291818

    If that does not work, please email me directly and I will get the replay to you another way.

    I have been unable to open the video for this seminar as well. I have tried the link you suggest for help with the codec, but to no avail.

    What happened to this video? Nothing is listed after “you can view it here:” Was it removed? I’ve tried with 3 different browsers on two different machines.
